How to initiate a return
Send us an email at info@realignd.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions on how to send the product back.
Conditions
- Items must be returned within 100 days of delivery.
- Products can be used. We want you to give ALIGND a real chance before deciding.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different variant or size, please contact us at info@realignd.com. We will arrange the exchange as quickly as possible. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or defective items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@realignd.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
