Where we ship

ALIGND ships to most countries in Europe, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. For a full list of supported countries, please refer to the country selector on our website.

Shipping times

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Europe (EU): 4 to 7 business days United Kingdom: 5 to 8 business days United States and Canada: 7 to 10 business days Australia and New Zealand: 8 to 10 business days

These are estimated delivery times starting from the date of shipment. Actual delivery may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Free shipping

Orders over €70 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders below €70, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. ALIGND has no control over customs fees and cannot predict their amount.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@realignd.com with your order number. We will investigate with our carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
